The Guided Patient Support (GPS) program is a community-based initiative that recruits Patient Navigators to provide personalised navigation experience. It also provides guidance tailored to the needs of cancer patients.

What We Offer:

  • Services to reduce barriers faced by newly diagnosed cancer patients and ensure compliances thus contribute to completion of treatment.
  • Community based training for Patient Navigators.
  • Serves as primary gateway to other specialised services offered by NCSM
    • Counselling, Clinical Psychology, Play Therapy, Dietetic Support, Patient Access Program.
