Telefundraising is a fundraising method where potential donors whom has shown interest to support National Cancer Society Malaysia (NCSM), are contacted via phone call and invited to support NCSM as a donor. Anyone who gets the phone call will have the chance to chat with our dedicated and friendly telefundraisers whom will inform the person about our latest campaigns, in which he/she can choose to support through a regular monthly donation that will help us continue our education, care and support services for people affected by cancer and the general public in Malaysia.
For your kind information, our telefundraising team carries out the following procedures when making a call out to our potential donors:
- Our telefundraisers will mention their names to you
- Our telefundraisers will state that they are from National Cancer Society of Malaysia (NCSM)
- Our fundraisers will NEVER ask you to reveal the 3-digit (CCV / CVC) code as stated on the back of your debit or credit card
